Their IT Manager looked into Cloud Computing but had concerns as to the security and reliability with accessing everything over the internet. Other concerns were that the "Cloud" is made up of a number of different cloud based services which still require management and may not integrate well with each other.

Tiburon found LevelCloud and began researching how the platform provided a secure, reliable, and easy to use centralized platform. With one platform to deal with that delivers their applications, data, and e-mail, employees can now access what they need without the need of owning and maintaining servers. They get the same applications they used before, just without the headache and expenses of dealing with aging servers.
