Glanbia acquires Aseptic Solutions Inc. for €50m

ASI employs 175 people at its facility in Corona, California. Glanbia say that the acquisition is funded through their existing banking facilities.

The acquisition, Glanbia say, is in line with their nutritional growth strategy and will strengthen Glanbia Nutritional Ingredient Technologies by expanding its end-to-end capability.
