Performing Arts

Curtain Call Performing Arts Academy of Corona is a non-profit school that offers individualized programs in the performing arts. The program is taught by degreed professionals hand-selected to provide the highest level of education. Curtain Call believes education is the key element in developing high caliber performers of any age. The curriculum has been developed to ensure that students are given the tools for success in all areas of the arts. 

Christian Arts & Theatre of Corona (CAT) is an after-school theater and visual arts educational program for students ages 6-18. CAT is committed to building up kids through excellence in the arts as well as modeling for them the highest values. All CAT Instructors are qualified professionals, who not only give the children valuable skills in every aspect of creative arts, but also understand our fundamental goals. CAT has a vision to enrich the life of individuals, families, and the community through experiences in the arts within an atmosphere of positive values.

The Corona Art Association (CAA), was founded in 1963 and is a non-profit organization with a history of community involvement. Their membership includes many recognized artists in the Southern California area whose work spans a variety of styles and media. They promote art in the community and provide opportunities for individuals to learn about the visual arts, enhance creative skills through classes and demonstrations, and by participating in art shows and various community events. Their art gallery resides in a historic building on the grounds of the Heritage Park. 

The Corona Symphony Orchestra recognized the convergence of musical and artistic talent in the region with a growing appetite for quality entertainment, coupled with the central location of Corona as a geographic, cultural, and commercial crossroads of counties in the California southland. The Corona Symphony Orchestra creates and expands musical, cultural, and educational programs that entertain and also enrich the community. The symphony plans to perform concerts in Corona’s renovated Civic Center auditorium, as well as other historic and modern concert venues in the region. Its repertoire will explore many genres: classics, choral works, light opera, pops, film and television scores, original works, and more.
