As part of the business retention program, City staff conducts two types of Business Visitations with Corona companies, “sector visits” and “in-depth visits”. Establishing relationships is paramount when it comes to keeping our business community engaged with Team Corona.
• Sector visits are several visits within a pre-determined area in a condensed time-period
• In-depth visit is an appointment-based visit with key business personnel, where a minimum of a half-hour is spent learning about the company and touring the facility
When the rest of the region is in double digit vacancy rates in industrial, the city of Corona has been able to maintain 7.50%. Team Corona has tenured relationships with the brokerage community and works well when companies are growing.

Hansen is currently in a building approximately 350,000 square feet and continues to grow with new distribution channels.
Kaiser Permanente purchased land years ago and has been growing in Corona.
